The Khyber Mail Express runs daily from Peshawar to Karachi, and vice versa. The train departs from Peshawar Cantonment Station at 10:30 pm and arrives in Karachi Cantt Station at 1:45 am the next day. On its return journey, the train departs from Karachi Cantt Station at 11:00 pm and arrives in Peshawar Cantonment Station at 2:00 am the next day.
